Welcome to iQu.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iQu.app platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering a shop or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
2. Description of Service
iQu.app provides a cloud-based shop management solution tailored for salons, barbershops, and service-based businesses. Features include appointment scheduling, customer relationship management (CRM), and basic reporting.
3. User Accounts & Security
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Staff Access: You are responsible for the actions of any staff members to whom you grant access to your shop's dashboard.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free Tier: We may offer a limited free tier or trial period (e.g., first 20 bookings free). Unused allowances do not roll over.
- Paid Subscriptions: Usage beyond the free tier or access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
- Rate Changes: iQu.app reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
- Payment Violations: Failure to settle outstanding invoices for two consecutive billing cycles will result in the immediate revocation of access to the Service.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
- Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (e.g., customer lists, appointment history).
- License: You grant iQu.app a limited license to host, copy, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.
- Customer Privacy: You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding the personal information of your clients that you store in iQu.app.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store or transmit any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service.
- Send unsolicited spam SMS or emails to customers who have not consented to contact.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iQu.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notification within the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
